Useless Facts About the CUSWE

The number of entries in the CUSWE grows by about 900 each edition, give or take several hundred. It all depends on the source materials that are added for a given edition. In at least one case, there have been that many entries in a single source!

As of Version 12.0, there were a grand total of 66,224 entries in the main database table. There were also an additional 2,691 entries in the Arcana table (which contains many obscure, out-of-universe facts). Of the 66,224 main entries, about 1,159 are redirects (1.75%, as indicated by the text "see Xyz").

For this version, there are 597 new entries and 193 updated entries.
